If so, it's actually quite simple to explain. The top of the fence was attached, the bottom was not. He drove under the top part of the fence and the chain length part just slid over his car. The unit following him probably thought that it was much easier to explain to his Lt. that the guy got away rather than how he ripped his lightbar off the top of his car.Former member of the LNC
