My tribute to Wisconsin.
I grill damn near every Saturday. Today was brats. (The sausage, not the kids.
)
Cooking down some onions and peppers.

Lucky brats. A beer and onion bath!

Grillcam!

On to the fire we go.

All done.

And the finished product. Damn that was good.

Sorry for the crappy phone pics. A digi cam is on my Christmas list.

Looks like 3 for Norm and a huge helping of potato salad or whatever it is. ahhhhhhhh! i could never handle that. one is enough for me. Where I live in WI, we have our own meat place and they make all sorts of brats: beer brats, pizza brats just to name a few. they have the best meat.

Pizza brats? Do they really taste like pizza?

Oh ok. Cause I like brats and I like pizza but I'm just not sure I would like them together.

Well since I am no where near WI, I will just have to take your word for it.

And then did you get on the freeway and drive 20mph under the speed limit while in the passing lane? Only then can you really say you're "Living Wisconsin"

Google and I tried, but couldn't find an original bumper sticker.

This thread's making me hungry for Wisconsin brats!

I'm glad it was Bratwurst and not the kids. Sometimes kids get tough and stringy.
