Computer Shortcuts?
there's a ton of them out there.
some of my fav's that i'll pass on in case anybody is interested:
HOME to get you to the top of a page (or the beginning of a sentence) quickly.
END to do the opposite.
and one i use almost every day, CTRL F in an internet browser to find text on a page.
for instance, if i want to find my last post on a message board, i hit CTRL F and type my username in. it will go down to my post, highlight my name, and i have a general idea of where to start.
yes, they seem dumb, but once you get used to them they are time savers. if i want to quick reply to a long thread, i hit END and it jumps me down by the quick reply area.
do YOU have any that might or might not be well known to share? if so, go for it!

I am a huge keyboard shortcut nut. Almost never have to use the mouse.

Ctrl C = Copy
Ctrl V = Paste
I use those when copying links and such, a lot faster and easier then actually having to click on copy and paste.Former member of the LNC

Alt-Ctrl-Delete restarts your computer after you've been kicked out of chat and try to log on again and the javascript causes Windows to crash.

good list, i use a few repeatedly, but should start picking up the other ones.
its amazing how awkward it can feel at first (i can never get used to the copy/cut/paste shortcuts), but how much time it saves you later!
i mean, a second or two here, a second or two there...i bet i save 2 minutes a day!
