Prayer request.
Got a call today that one of my co-workers and best friends wife had been killed in a car crash. There 4 year old little boy was also injured in the crash.
Crystal was 26 yoa and full of life. I loved spending time with both of them. We always had a great time together as she was like one of the guys.
My buddy was teaching at the academy and they had to drive 60 miles to notify him and bring him back.
Last word on Jason, the son, was that he has a broken leg and they are checking for internal injuries. I got to the hospital to see him ask for his Mommy right before they sedated him.

We actually just got a Chaplain this year. First time we have had one. He was really great today.

thoughts and prayers on the way, here is hoping for some healing
500 fights, that's the number I figured when I was a kid. 500 street fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate tough guy. You need them for experience. To develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then, after, you realize that's what you are.
