But why would an ocean be at the edge of a property in the woods? Don't trees have difficulty growing near salt water? Wouldn't an area of sandy beach separate the property from the ocean?

For #8 I said "Drink it's contents". How do you suppose that is "representative of my attitude"? Hmm... haha

Check out the great Northwest. Just came back from a road trip up the northern California coast where lots of pines have a beautiful ocean view! The grandest of redwoods are along the California coastline... an amazing sight to see!!
