Christmas decorations, do you have them?

Just curious how many of you put up Christmas decorations/lights outside. In my neighborhood there is one house that looks like crap, IMO. It has way to many lights and other BS and it looks tacky. We have just a few up and some may call us scrooges for not having more displayed.

I generally put up a single line of eave lights across the entire front of the house but have not done so this year because of my recent eye surgery. Hopefully, next week I will be able to get them up.

I don't really celebrate Christmas; I live in an apartment so no one would see my decorations anyway if I put any up. Almost no one puts up Christmas decorations in my apartment building. But I do like seeing the decorations on the houses of others in the neighborhood--the tackier and more bizarre the better!

As soon as I get the front porch light switch fixed, I'll hang my strand of winter lights. I'm lazy enough that they stay up all year, but as they're just white lights with little metal covers, it looks fine. Plus you only see the lights themselves when you're on my porch, and I figure if you're on my porch and don't like them, tough.

Patio,notice even "Herman" the gargoyle was trapped.


Living room,this doesn't include the small fiber optic trees you will find in every room of the house plus a multitude of other decorations.

Below is the front of house,at least I put my foot down and requested blue and white lights this year.

Awesome decorations mavritku and dapples! I especialy like the snowman popping out of the gift box. Where do you come up with stuff like that?

My house is decorated inside and out. Not overdone though...just enough to feel very festive
