If Santa existed, how would we respond?
How would we respond if Santa Claus actually existed? A man without a country or passport, with the power to transcend the laws of physics and time and perform total surveillance of all the world's children, entering various countries' airspace without permission, and breaking into homes every Christmas to give children toys. Would we welcome him, or would we fear him?

If Santa shows up while I am woking, he had better have a formal entry for all of those goodies for the little girls and boys; otherwise that shit will be seized. He will also have to have a passport with a valid VISA. Based on the above video from Kpdpipes, he may not be admissable with a conviction of trafficking narcotics. Which reminds me, his sleigh will be taken apart and all the gifts opened to look for contraband.
As for the elves, I have intel that suggests that several of those little imp bastards have immigration warrants. Either way, his fat jolly ass will be tied up with Customs for a while. When I am done with him, Rudolph and the others would be referred to Agriculture as well as Fish and Wildlife to see if the reindeer could come in or not.

Ok, this is it - Santa DOES exist, he, his sled, all the reindeer, and any random elves that might be on board assisting St Nick are magic. No ICE unit, Border Patrol, Homeland Security, or other law enforcment will even see him, let alone catch him. Besides, I read somewhere that he is visiting over 900 homes per second. I dont know an LEO anywhere that could see something moving that fast!!
