Wrapping Christmas Presents
I've figured out a few things today while *attempting* to wrap Christmas presents...
1. I swear more than when I'm golfing
2. I never choose the right size wrapping paper for the present. Usually too big and I don't trim the excess correctly
3. When the kids see the present with the wrinkled wrapping paper under the tree, they know it's a kick-ass present cause I always give kick-ass presents and there's no mistaking that it's from me
4. I think I'm gonna start buying those damn gift bags and tissue paper
5. My lack of artistic talent firmly reaffirms my heterosexuality
Enjoy the masterpiece that is "Wrapped Present Attempt 1"

Look at it this way - your style of wrapping makes the gifts easy to open.

That looks like mine do, except you have cuter paper. I got most of ours done last night, took me like 2 hours. Did a few more today and I have one left to do in a bit. My back hurts like a son of a b*tch.

The top looks good and thats all that matters. No one ever looks at the bottom until they are tearing it open. At that point, they dont care what it looks like.

Your wrapping looks better than mine! Don't worry that it does not look like a store wrap, the kids never really notice. Besides, the wrapping will be nothing but a pile of trash within moments of the kids starting to enjoy Christmas morning.
Be courteous to all, but intimate with few, and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence.

I tried to buy the "least cute" wrapping paper at Target. Everything else had dancing reindeer or some other dumb ass theme
