Good luck to you. It is not easy, but if I can do it, you can too! Been nine years for me and I would not go back to the habit for anything. My prayers are with you and the many others who resolve to quit.

Quitting's easy man - I've done it dozens of times!

Seriously ... figure out how much money you spend every year on smokes and put that in a hobby fund. I've bought a couple of nice guns that way.
The other thing: I know if I have JUST ONE cigarette I'll be hooked all over again. Avoid the first one.Anything posted here does not represent the opinion of any agency anywhere ever.

Mind over matter, Ender. Just all depends on how much you want it. I quit 17 years ago and have never gone back.
