TODAY IS FINALLY HERE!!!!
In less than 9 hours I start the first day of the next 9 months that are going to change me forever, both mentally and physically, but for the better of course. Today is the first day to see if Law Enforcement is going to be my unltimate route to self confidence. Today is the day I prove every family member and friend that said I couldn't do it WRONG!! It's going to be hell, it's going to be a challenge, but as long as I keep my ass inline and keep my nose in the books I'm going to be dressed in another agency's uniform at graduation, I'm so ready for this

The best thing you can do as soon as you get there, is walk up to the biggest, ugliest mother fucker on staff and hand him your car keys. Simply tell him, "I won't need these until graduation, so you hold on to them for me. I'll get them when I get my shield. Thanks!"
That will show determination. They like that.

Thank you all, I really appreciate your comments and advice. The first day wasn't too bad, I'm not saying the rest of the academy is going to be easy, but I'm going to get through it no matter what.
