To be serious, it does have some merit as an idea but grotesquely overpriced. It says redeployale but how is that possible if you have it buried in your property. Will your elected leaders let you put it in? Is it watertight? Will it survive a shift in soils either by earthquake or land sliding?

There are better systems for less money. While I agree with the preparedness part, if you are seriously considering it, then be careful not to be taken in by the companies just out to make a quick buck.
