Rose in a tube

Putting this here as it shouldn't be news to anyone in law enforcement. Why it's suddenly on the news I can't figure out. Glad it's getting press time though!

It is a well known thing here and OCU (Organized Crime Unit) busts stores for selling them all the time. I'm not sure if the majority of the public knew about this.

I didn't - but then again, I lead a sheltered life...

I didn't know that and I have seen them at a few stores that I have gone too. I can't think which stores I saw them at. But, I know I have seen them and thought they were kinda cute looking. I'll have to keep my eyes open for them now.

Yeah, we have shops here that sell glass "tobacco smoking pipes" that are obviously not for tobacco. Weird loopholes.
