I'll have to ask them who Brian Stephenson is - He seems to be hanging around our PD's back lot frequently with a camera
The web site even has a picture of our town's old white cars and the white SWAT van before they painted it black and made it look meaner... I haven't seen those in years!
The SWAT van used to be white, because it was a converted ambulance that they slapped a couple of decals on. And that's exactly what it looked like
