I just ate McDonalds for the first time in, literally, several several months.

It tasted fine....but I feel like I'm going to die.

I really, really believe the whole idea behind the movie Super Size Me.

You get the McBrick, then you get the McStomach ache. Right now I've got some McGas that's rockin'. My arms... I feel like I've got some McSweats goin'. My arms got the McTwitches going in here from all the sugar that's going in my body right now. I'm feeling a little McCrazy.

I had McD's for the first time in a long time last night also. I rarely eat fast food anymore, so when I had that I instantly felt like crap, and it carried over to this morning as well.

Me too. I rarely, rarely eat fast food anymore.

I'm camping on the river tonight.

I did not plan ahead when I made my lunch decision.

UGH that sucks! All that fried food is hard on the tummy if you don't eat it often. Hope you feel better soon!

I think it's all the fat and grease that causes it. It turns your intestines into essentially a slip 'n' slide.

Recently I've started the caveman diet. Not really a "diet" just a conscious decision to put more thought into what I put in my body. The diet consists of food items avaliable to cavemen. Veggies, seeds/nuts and fruits. Only about 30% of the diet is meat protien. nothing processed if you can help it which can be hard to avoid. Like anything new it's been a challenge to make the change but I feel better I seem to have more energy and I feel more rested after sleeping.

It can be very hard to find and stick with stuff like that, but the rewards come quickly in my experience.

I can certainly tell the quality of the food I eat by the time I spend on the toilet

Five guys burger and fries chain has the bomb cajun fries. They give you a ton of them and I usually get sick from eating all of them but they are GOOD!

I've been bringing a lunch almost every day now for a couple of years. Savin the $$ and avoiding the fast food. Every now and then I drop in for a McSleeze burger and fat-sticks. And, yes, you immediately pay the price. Super Size Me is a great movie to see. It really is pretty informative and worth seeing.

I usually go to Mickey D's every morning to get my medium sugar-free vanilla iced coffee w/ extra cream. $2.11, but I love it.

I can't stomach anything else from there. Blah.

Wendy's is the worst I think, I eat there and feel sick shortly after, But Katey's right, McDonald's Vanilla Iced Coffee is great. Sweetpea's son brings me one in the mornings occasionally and it wakes me right up, and no after effects
