What annoys you?
I don't like stepping in a wad of bubble gum or dog poop, but I think the thing that annoys me most, is when somebody with a bad case of halitosis or who's been chewing garlic gets up in my face and talks, especially someone that splatters.

People in positions of authority who have no idea what they are doing or have forgotten what its like to be doing the grunt work. Or they have never done it.
People who have no qualms about telling you how to do your job, thinking they can do it better when they actually have no idea what you do or have to put up with on a daily basis.
