Robert Plant/Alison Krauss Concert
I saw Robert Plant and Alison Krauss in concert in June at the theater in Madison Square Garden. It was one of the best shows I have gone to in a while. They just added some tours to the west coast, if there is one near you I highly recommend it. I did not know who Alison Krauss was before that night, I really went to see Robert Plant, hoping to hear some Led Zep music. I was not disappointed either, he did some of his old solo music and a few Zep songs. She was great as well, harmonizing was awesome. Here are those dates:

The show here was sold out in 30 minutes - I so wanted to go!
The album is amazing, and I think they also performed on Duets?Molly Weasley makes Chuck Norris eat his vegetables.

PDawg, keep trying for tickets, some may become available. Also, if they sold out quickly they may add a second show, they did that here in NY.
Craiger, Check out their Website, in the upper corner is a link to listen to their album called Raising Sand. I missed it but there was a show of their performance featured on a country music channel, maybe CMT. I was never a fan of country music or blue grass so I never heard of Alison Krauss. I did not know what to expect going to the show but I was pleasantly surprised, it was awesome. They not only dueted songs from the album but also some few Zeppelin songs and he also did solos. The show also featured some guy T Bone, another one I did not know but the crowd went wild. (Funny the audience was a mix of Rockers and country music fans, you can tell by the way they dressed who was who).
Here is their website again so you can check out their album:

I love both of their music also. I live about 20minutes away from Kelseyville so that may happen (depending on work of course).

Bummer! I was not sure where the added locations were on the West Coast, well, I do know where San Francisco is but not Kelseuyville and Saratoga, guess they are up north more.
I would say try to catch them next time around but I am not so sure how much of a permanent duo those two are. If rumors are true there may be a Led Zeppelin reunion down the road with a few dates in the USA.
