Agreed completely, Captain. I remember a few years ago when that became an important part of the BCS system, and many coaches objected. Forcing teams to beat small schools by a large margin eliminates getting the backups reps on the big stage, pulling star players to keep them healthy, but above all it eliminates sportsmanship. A win is a win, you shouldn't have to embarass them for it to matter.

Question about Ball State. I thought I could name all 50 states. Maybe Ball was one of the states mentioned by Obama! HAHAHAHA!!

OK....part 2 of The Master Plan v2.0 goes into effect this weekend. I never thought I'd say this, but o.u. - PLEASE beat Tech!!!!!! Then beat Okla A&M...that way, there'd be a 3-way tie atop the Big 12 south, which would force the tiebreaker as BCS percentage points, which I think Texas would win. If there's only a 2 way tie, then it goes head-to-head and Tech would own the advantage over Texas.

Just because there is some rivalry between Ball State students and Indiana Univ. students, you can get a t-shirt here that says, "I'd rather BALL U than I U"

Thank you for the win....now, the debate shall be on. Texas, o.u., or Tech. With a 3-way tie atop the Big 12 South, it will all come down to BCS percentage points. I think Texas has got a pretty convincing argument (only loss was on the 2nd to last play on the road, more wins against the top 15), but o.u. was pretty dominating last night. I don't think there's anything any of the 3 teams can do at this point...it's all up to the voters.
Also, Alabama...you better beat Florida. If UF wins, then I think the Big 12 winner will somehow get squeezed out of the BCS Championship game in favor of 1-loss Alabama. Please win that game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
