I know you are joking, but I have a sneaking feeling that USC is a rat ship. It is going down and it will not be pretty. Everyone is thinking Reggie Bush and the like, but it is stories like this that will make the situation really stinky.

A former Southern California assistant football coach stated in legal documents that he received prescriptions from team and university doctors he used to feed his addiction to painkillers, SI.com reported Monday.
The Web site reported Dave Watson said in a deposition that he told then-Trojans coach Pete Carroll of his addiction in February 2008, but was allowed to keep his job and use a vehicle provided by USC.

Yeah , I agree that Carroll sees the writing on the wall and decided this would be a good time to leave while his reputation is more or less still intact enough to command him a fat contract from the NFL. Why else would the "Genius" leave Los Angeles' only pro football team where he is a living icon. Well, anyone have opinions about the Big 12 dissolving? I'm an Oklahoma State fan, and I hate to see a great conference disappear, but ya gotta go where the money is, I guess. Not sure where the Oklahoma & Texas teams will be going.....hopefully not the SEC. Rumors about Pac 10 possibly picking up several teams from Oklahoma & Texas.
