the talent on that team is incredible...

if they'd just play like they had some...

although LSU seems to always play to the caliber of team that their opponent is - meaning if they're playing a crappy team, LSU sucks... if they're playing a damn good team, LSU plays like they have something to lose...

they're bi-polar... that's it!!!

Then again, I don't have a team worth anything now anyway. So all I have to do anymore is hate on the heavyweights and root for the little guys. At least I'm honest about it. I want to see Boise or TCU get in the title game. Auburn getting in there now wouldn't be bad either.

Dang it, you got me started now, pharmer. It's still way too early in the season, but I'll throw out some predictions for the hell of it. Get ready for a long read. hehe

Big 10:
Mich. St. loses to Iowa.
Wisc. wins out.
Iowa loses to Ohio St. and Wisc.
MSU suddenly finds themselves cheering for Mich. against Ohio St. Mich. pulls the upset.

Mich. St. wins the head to head tiebreak over Wisc. for the Big 10 title.

SEC:
LSU loses to Bama and Auburn.
Bama and Auburn win out until their big matchup. Bama takes care of Cam Newton like they did Tebow last year.

Bama wins the SEC west and plays a SEC east team that doesn't matter. Bama wins the SEC title.

Pac 10:
Oregon wins out to take the Pac 10 title. I almost want to say that USC beats them. Even so, Oregon gets the title, even if its by tie break with Stanford.

Big 12:
Oklahoma loses to Missou.
Missou loses to Nebraska.
Texas loses to OK St.
OK st. loses to Oklahoma and Nebraska.
Nebraska wins out for the north title. Oklahoma gets the south title.

Oklahoma wins the Big 12 title game.

Big East:
West Virginia wins out against a weak field for the Big East title.

ACC:
FL St. loses non conference game to FLA.
Va. Tech loses to Miami.
NC St. loses to FL St.
Ga. Tech loses to Va. Tech.
Miami loses to Ga. Tech.

FL St. plays Va. Tech in the ACC championship. Va. Tech wins ACC title (but looks sad as a 3 loss conference champ).

Non AQ:
Boise wins out for the WAC title.
TCU and Utah win out until their game. TCU wins for the Mtn. West Title.

Final BCS rankings:
1. Oregon 2. TCU (win over undefeated Utah vaults them past Boise amidst controversy) 3. Boise St. 4. Alabama 5. Oklahoma

Bowl Projections:

National Championship: Oregon vs. TCU

Rose Bowl: Michigan St. vs. Boise St. (Rose gets replacement pick and chooses the slighted Boise over a team like Auburn)

Sugar Bowl: Alabama vs. Auburn (SEC fans would be starving for the rematch of a great regular season game.)

Orange Bowl: Virginia Tech vs. West Virginia (Orange just wants a matchup of conference champions, instead of taking a good 1 loss team like Wisconsin, Nebraska, Stanford, or Missouri.)

Fiesta Bowl: Oklahoma vs. Wisconsin (Since the game is in Arizona, the Fiesta won't look for a rematch of Okla/Neb like the Sugar does with Bama/Aub.)

Oregon wins the National Title. I think Boise would have a better chance against the Ducks then TCU. I could see Oregon losing to USC though. Then you might get the unthinkable.... TCU/BSU for the title!!!!!! I could also see Auburn beating Bama to get to the title game as well. Oregon vs. Auburn could be compelling.

But again it's way to early for this but who cares. I'd s#!t my pants if even 75% of this comes true.
