New way of naming hurricanes.

Since hurricanes are killers they shouldn't be given nice names like Andrew, Bret, Cindy, Dennis, Fay, Katrina Etc. they should be named after dictators, mass murderers, famous killers, child molestors and other sorry people. When they run out of names they could add a number to the killer's name like Hitler 2, 3, 4, Etc. Manson would be a good name for one or Idi Amin.
I'll start off with a few and you can add to the list.
