Anybody else have issues with flourescent lights?
They bother the hell out of me and I hate them. Just wondered if anybody else has this issue, or if I'm just weird.

Good!!! I have to turn the lights off in one area I work. The flourescents kill me, and the incadecents put off too much heat. There is enough light with all the monitors and shite in front of me.

Damned if you do and damned if you dont. I use them to cut down in my electricity bill but only under protest. The lamp bulbs are getting better but have a way to go. and where are the 150 watt equivilent bulbs.

I don't really notice any difference between florescent lights and other kinds of lights. I prefer sunlight from windows to both when I can get it, both for environmental reasons and because it's prettier.

We are using fluorescent bulbs for exactly the same reason. They don't use as much electricity. The only fixtures we are using incandescent bulbs in are ones that take a multi-wattage bulb. No problems with headaches here. Originally Posted by armsmaster270
