Congrats, the only thing more painful I think was joining the Army, sign here/sign there/initial this
,Of course, when I joined the Army it was "WTF are you doing, and will this hangover ever go away??(1971)"
,When I signed on the house it was STFU and give me my damn keys.
Much mo better.

Congrats,
Take the advice of Jmur, they will sneak up quick. Homeowners that sell an older home typlically, temp patch little things to make them sellable, then you are stuck with a list of shit that should have been fixed. ( not saying your home is old, i dont know, just talking out of experince).
We put $20.00 from each check into a seperate savings account each pay, just for the Home.
Good Luck, and Congrats gopher!YEAH, IM THE BERRIES, AND CHERRIES IN YOUR REAR VIEW MIRROR.

Thanks everyone! The first thing I did today was go to Home Depot, bought new deadbolt locks and installed them

There's no set move-in day. It's going to be a process during this week since my next off day is Thurs/Fri.The views expressed in the above post are the sole opinion of the author and do not reflect any official position by the author's employer and/or municipality.

Congrats, gopher, we signed on our new house last Friday and can't wait to move in. 3bdrm, 2ba on 2 acres and the only thing that needs to be done to the house is some painting of some really ugly colored rooms.
btw, housewarming/wedding reception to be announced soon!
My dad, I miss him every day.
