Kidnapped child in Vegas

Thought id throw this out to get more coverage. My friend called me saying this was his coworkers son. Thought id help.

Cole Puffinburger has been missing for several hours after gunman invaded his home to rob it, in what police believe was a random attack. An Amber Alert is now posted on billboards across the valley.

Two Hispanic men knocked on the door of the home near Hollywood and Lake Mead just after 7 a.m. They claimed to be police officers. When Cole's mother opened the door, the two men burst in. Police say they had guns, tied up Cole's mother and her fiancé in the home, then took the six-year-old.

Nevada Amber Alert

Police issued an Amber Alert just after noon. The case does not fit the criteria for an Amber Alert because police do not have the description of a car, but detectives felt Cole was in enough danger to issue one.

When word of the home invasion and abduction spread, Cole's biological father arrived at the scene. He was overwhelmed with emotion as he ran to the house.

Police say the men were looking for money. When they found none, they took Cole.

John Page's wife was one of the first to hear the woman and go to help. Page says she had been tied up in the house, but managed to crawl out to the sidewalk, "Her hands and her mouth. She had duct tape around her mouth and she had those electrical ties tied."

Her hands were tied behind her back. Within seconds of the first 911 call, officers arrived to immediately start searching. They went door to door, used the helicopter and patrolled, but Cole was gone.

Cole is 47 inches tall and weighs 48 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes and wears silver wire glasses. He was last seen wearing a black John Cena WWE shirt, dark jeans, white socks, black tennis shoes and a black hooded sweatshirt with white and blue writing on it.

Police are asking the kidnappers to drop Cole off at a local hospital, store or police station.

Anyone with information is being asked to call 911

Any ideas on why? There is no way this is as random as they want people to believe it is.....

Kidnapping for ransom is huge in Mexico, and we have had a couple busts of gangs on our side of the border...I would not be surprised if it has worked its way to Vegas.

Shows the true POS that they really are, lowest of low lives victimize children! I hope the child is fine and returned home quickly.

I read a news story today saying the grandfather in Riverside, CA has been arrested for involvement in it. Apparently he's stolen millions of dollars from the Mexican nationals and they took the boy because of that.

To think that his grandfather is the cause of all this is dispicable. Seeing how the cartel will now never get their money back, I think that we can figure that Cole will never be seen again.

I think it's important to remember that the kidnapper's are the cause of this, and the amoral members of the cartels.

One more reason we should be securing our borders.
