Couple of old fart comments from one who knows what it means to pay for freedom of speech. We all owe our birthdays to the sacrifice of others: parents, family, buddies, people we served with.....
Watching the sun rise each day with a smile and a tear reminds me of those who cannot. Their faces precede the dawn. They held their honor and sacrificed for others, or for our Nation. This cup is for you my brothers and sisters. You did not lose, you held the ground for those who follow, to complete what needed to be done. You were a leader in life, as you are now a leader in the truth of our history. I love you.
