I Voted
I got up somewhat early this morning, and went to the polls. Early voting, which works out very nice for my schedule. When are they going to make voting a national holiday, or put it on a weekend so working people have a better chance to get out and vote? Makes sense to me.
Anyway, I guess you'll NEVER guess who I voted for.
Was it Barack Obama......

I voted for McCain/Palin. I did see some Obama supporters out there though. They were easily identifiable. They were black.
Kidding.

"It's a great life. You risk your skin catching killers and the juries turn them loose so they can come back and shoot at you again. If your honest , your poor your whole life. And , In the end , you wind up dying all alone on some dirty street. For what? For nothing. For a tin star."
Far from being a handicap to command, compassion is the measure of it. For unless one values the lives of his soldiers and is tormented by their ordeals , he is unfit to command.

I won't have time to vote early, but I will be making a beeline for the Poll right after work! In fact its on my way home from work if I stick to the main roads.
*I usually ride my bike to work and stick to the quieter residential side-streets that have fewer sleepy morning drivers and also avoid the school traffic as we are surrounded by a High School, Junior High and 2 elementary schools.*It's better to be hated for who you are than loved for who you aren't!
