1) No

2) Learned how to play the violin, when I was around 11 and played all through school. Also taught myself how to play the piano. Haven't played either in a few years.

3) No tradition really. We just try and find time to get together for the holidays. Doesn't always work out.

2. Not well. I tried to play bass guitar while in college, but I had to sell it to pay the phone bill.

3. Well we try to get together, generally down in North Carolina, if we can. The only traditions beyond that are a nice meal, playing some games, and just enjoying (or not enjoying) each other's company. I won't be there this year cause I can't get the time off work.

5. Nope. I say the flu shot only protects you against strains they already knew about. New strains will get you whether you get the shot or not. So why bother getting a shot?

No...I tried the flute and the sax both and I didn't have enough breath/air/lungs for either one (some may find that unbelievable)

I dont really have one...my family is all in California and I've been alone for about 8 years. Sometimes I go to friends/coworker's homes, but usually I prefer to just spend it with my horse.

I dont really have one...my family is all in California and I've been alone for about 8 years. Sometimes I go to friends/coworker's homes, but usually I prefer to just spend it with my horse.

That happens to me sometimes where I don't go home and my family doesn't come here, so rather than have dinner at friends' homes I prefer to just stay at home by myself. I'm just happy that it's by choice and not because no one wants me to come over.

5. Did you (or do you plan to) get a flu shot? No, and actively refused it. I got sicker from the flu shot than I typically do on the very rare occasion that I have caught the flu. Plus it gave me a sore arm.

This year is going to be interesting, it will be the first year without my mom. Occasionally we go to my side of the family but its been a while.
