Anniversary of two killed.
Today, 11/18, is the 35th anniversary of the death if Howard Dye, age 29 and Jodie Dye, age 3. He was my best friend and she was his daughter. They were passengers in the car I was driving, and were killed when I missed a curve and hit a tree. I think of them often.
For the morning will come. Brightly will it shine on the brave and true, kindly upon all who suffer for the cause, glorious upon the tombs of heroes. Thus will shine the dawn.
