2 ways the news pisses me off

The #1 way the News pisses me off goes like this:

"Welcome to the evening news. Now for those of you paraplegic blind folks confined to your bed in a room without windows, assuming you have ZERO contact with other humans, IT IS SNOWING OUTSIDE!"

Seriously, how is this news. Worse is the news papers, the weeklys that won't break this earth changing moment until Wednesday. I guarantee the front page will bear some poor sap shoveling snow or a kid eating the stuff, probably both.

#2 is the way they talk through moments of silence explaining why the moment was called and how they feel about the moment and when the last moment was held. The history of the moment is then discussed, the Pope is often mentioned, then more on the origin of silent moments. SHUT THE HELL UP!! IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE SILENT!!!

Ryan....you mean there are only two ways the news pisses you off.....let me count the ways.

I have been to major incidents that I commanded and resolved....and later saw the news report. You wouldn't know they were talking about the same incident.

Holy crap . . . . . . I don't know about anyone else, but that made me feel better! The dude's reaction when the lizard jumped on his was priceless. I gotta watch that again.
