Metallica here I come
I got me some metallica concerts for the Jan 12 Milwaukee concert, featuring Machine Head and The Sword (don't know who The Sword is). Anyone ever seen metallica or machine head? Should be a good song, provided Metallica can still sing the old songs lol

I saw 'Tallica a few years ago after their last CD came out (abortion that it was - I won't mention the name). I didn't get to go this year when they were here (I actually got the flu). They put on a good show. They're still good for the old stuff (puppetz, one, seek and destroy, too many to list). They know that they made their name on the old stuff and still give the crowds what they want. Wish Jason hadn't left the band, but shit happens.
Have fun. Give us a range report when you get done with the show.

We went and saw them last month. Machine Head wasn't the opener though. Metallica was an awesome show though. They did a few from their new CD and a lot of their old stuff. The worst part was that the crowd was so loud it was sometimes hard to hear the band.

Wear foam plugs. A lot of people do. You can hear it just fine. Without them it's just incredibly loud - you will have some hearing damage afterward. Friend I went with had bad ringing in his ears for three days after Metallica. Originally Posted by Shoestring
