Over three years of LEF/OR
Wow, I just noticed my join date is 3 years, 1day ago. I can't believe it's already been that long since Term spammed all the other forums about this new forum

I must say though, in those three years, this site has turned into the premier LE website around.
Good job and a big thank you to all involved

Terminator had been told he could not do this by a chorus of cynics who only grew louder and more dissonant as this forum grew. He had been asked to pause for a reality check. He had been been warned against offering false hope.
But in the unlikely story that is America, there has never been anything false about hope. For when we have faced down impossible odds; when we've been told that we're not ready, or that we shouldn't try, or that we can't, O/R members have responded with a simple creed that sums up the spirit of a forum:
Yes we can.

Thanks. The story of what I have created here is nothing short of amazing. I started out with a plan and a dream and no expectations. It's crazy to think how this site has become what it is today.
I'm so thankful for what I have here, and the people that surround me now to keep this site running.
I feel we have the best Site Staff and membership of any site out there. I'm very proud!
I look forward to many more years with this great group of people!

Perhaps I should move this post to "Crossfire"
Congratulations Jenna, for completely bastardizing this thread.
Brad, Reca;
I believe you both have shown what can be done when the primary goal isn't profit. From your love of this profession, to your devotion to its professionals, O/R continues to grow and prosper because of your seemingly tireless commitment and dedication.
I have been honored to be a small part of a much bigger picture.
