Shirts
Does anyone get their duty or off duty gear custom designed/ printed either for just them or for an entire department? What I mean is, do you think places like Galls are too expensive or poor quality for the price?

Galls may be pretty expensive unless you're buying for a big department. For personalized items (printed, etc), I'd check around with local companies and have them give you quotes. Minus shipping and everything else, it may be cheaper. Plus, you'll probably get a better turn-around time and you'll be helping out your community.
