Do you want to keep chat?
We have noticed that the chat room is not being used as much as it once was. We were wondering if people have lost intrest in the chat room. If the chat room is not going to be used we have thought of getting rid of it. Please let us know what you think.
Where is the LNC group?

This part of LNC started working days. I do miss those chat sessions though.
I think chat is good to have around but its cost should be weighed against use.
I would like to see it stay but not at a big cost.

I don't use it and probably never will, but I think it should be available for others if it doesn't cost anything to keep it....

I am not worried about cost it is only a few hundred dollars a year. I don't mind paying it if it is getting used. But if no one cares or no one wants to use it we can always put that money toward something else.

I'd love to use it at work, since we're usually pretty slow, but Flash isn't enabled on our squad laptops so I can't get into the chat room. I think it's a great feature.

Do I like it? Yes
Do I have enough time to enter the chatroom more than once a month? NoI'm not ruining your life, you are, and I'm just going to write a short story about it.

I've tried to jump into chat here lately on the months I have nights but it has come up a little dry. I wouldn't mind keeping it but I personally am usually only able to hold any kind of conversations when I am on nights.

Chat is nice to have available for the few occasions when a critical mass of members happen to have time to use it, but it's not essential to the site. I use it for about 10-20 minutes per month, but I wouldn't mind if it were gone. It all depends on whether you think it's a better use of the site's funds than other things you might have in mind.

I like logging into chat when I can. Lately when I'm here no one is in there so there has been no one to talk to.

I like chat and when people are in there it is a lot of fun. However, like Lew and pgg...I check in on my nights off and no one is in there
I am going to swing/nights tomorrow so maybe when I get home there will be people in there when I get off.
There have been a lot of really hysterical conversations in there in the past and it would be a shame if there were no more.
