That's funny. I had a similar stop, with a guys driving a just purchased mower, from the bar to his souse, on the sidewalk. He got a break that time, but was later arrested for Arson. I got my buddy driving the mower on tape, while we gave the guy a ride in the squad. Oyster tazeafella.
