Insulation
AHHH Crap
So, My basement was flooded last summer, we got a gov't loan and we are remodeling. Things are going good, on time, I have been doing a lot of the work myself with help of friends to cut expense.
So lets move ahead to my latest project -Insulation- I took precautions like mask, goggles etc. wore long sleeves, pants bla bla blaa.
I kicked this task out in no time, then showered and took a nap. Well I didnt have any problems until I put a shirt back on when I got up.
My flippin arms hurt like heck, if felt like little needles poking all over. I used Fiberglass Insul, and I will tell you, it is not flesh friendly. Otherwise, not badSomebody Please, what the hell is that smell?

Sorry old boy....only way to put that shit up and stay fibreglass free is in a bunny suit. That's why I like the spray gel so much. Goes up in 20 minutes for the average basement, dries in 15 minutes and doesn't even smell bad.

I would like my country back. I used to believe that one man could never destroy this country. Not so sure anymore!

Most places I am aware of, you gotta call an insulation company that has the equipment and knows how to do it. But I think you can do it yourself if you can find a rental place with the stuff. It really is simple....kinda like using a paint sprayer but you have to know how much to put on the first coat because it grows just befoe it dries.
