Tonight, we're doing grilled flat-iron steak with sauteed onions, garlic, and baby portabella mushrooms, roasted rosemary and garlic red potatoes, and corn on the cob. And, just for good measure, I'm also doing jalapeno artichoke dip with sliced baguette.--"D.B.A.D." --Me

Flat-Iron steak is one of my favorites, grilled with some of Buttercup's Montreal seasoning.
But for tonight is was a pot of chili with spaghetti and cheese and a batch of home made browines to finish it off.http://i236.photobucket.com/albums/f.../ukbluejw2.gif

I had a Healthy Choice Steamable lunch with a salad. I have cantelope for later if I want it. Not very exciting but I'm working and better to eat that then junk or fast food.

Today was a Tokyo Joe's (a quick Japanese teriyaki chain) night. Salmon bowl with brown rice and a chili peanut "yakitori" sauce. I picked up a chicken and white rice bowl to go to eat at work, which I am doing now.
