Lock Me Up!
You even get conjugal visits!

If you are a criminal in Austria and got sent to this prison, you probably would be rejoicing how lucky you are. After all who would have thought that prisons could be so high class. This five star prison even includes a gym, indoor court and even your own cell comes with its own television. Prison of dreams for the criminals.
Justizzentrum Leoben or Justice Center Leoben is a court and prison complex in Leoben in Styria, Austria, With 205 inmates, the prison is fully booked.

When did jail/prison time become time to rehabilitate? Here is Miami-Dade County they are the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. That is the source of the issues. The issues with repeat offenders, issues with prison assaults etc etc. They are in the jail for punishment, nothing else. Time spent thinking about what they did wrong.

"It's a great life. You risk your skin catching killers and the juries turn them loose so they can come back and shoot at you again. If your honest , your poor your whole life. And , In the end , you wind up dying all alone on some dirty street. For what? For nothing. For a tin star."
