Yes it is. Very much so. I just wish the officers on my shift would be able to take responsibility for their own actions. They are ALWAYS looking for a scapegoat. When I was brought into this profession 20 years and 2 days ago, that is how I was....if I screwed up, admit it, learn from it, take the time on the beach, and move on. Ahhh, the old days....
