Who'd you rather have a beer with?
GW or Barack?
I'm going GW with this! For the morning will come. Brightly will it shine on the brave and true, kindly upon all who suffer for the cause, glorious upon the tombs of heroes. Thus will shine the dawn.

I thought muslims weren't allowed to drink.
A beer with GW for me as well.As today's police officers you are not unlike your counterparts of years past. You are an elite group of select members, a brotherhood of highly trained professionals, who are called upon to protect your community in a time of need. Guardians for safety. Being a police officer is not for the faint of heart. You must be honest, trustworthy and fearless in the face of evil. You are being watched everyday. Represent yourself, your department and the shield, for it should always be the embodiment of all that is good and justly. You are the thin blue line. Be proud, be tough and be safe.

Neither. Thought George doesn't drink anymore and Barack would annoy me as he tried to hook a funnel to his teleprompter.
Biden's my man for a beer.
You've already seen what he says sober, get some Old Milwaukee in him and who knows what he'd say?
After pint I might be VP

"It's a great life. You risk your skin catching killers and the juries turn them loose so they can come back and shoot at you again. If your honest , your poor your whole life. And , In the end , you wind up dying all alone on some dirty street. For what? For nothing. For a tin star."
Far from being a handicap to command, compassion is the measure of it. For unless one values the lives of his soldiers and is tormented by their ordeals , he is unfit to command.

Although not a big fan of his, Bush has a lot more class.

Since Bush doesn't drink anymore, that's perfect. I don't drink alcohol either. I'll have some lemonade with him or a glass of ice water w/ lemon wedges.
I like George.

Any police officer or firefighter on duty at Trade Center ground zero, or the Pentagon on 9-11-2001. I'll buy.
I don't drink alcohol but I can buy and be designated driver. I don't share such events with lawyers or communists. Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts. And we are never, ever the same.-- Anonymous

I'd rather have a bottle of wine, a baguette, and some cheese with Jenna on the front lawn of the white house. If I can't do that, I'd rather have about four shots of Wild Turkey with John Kerry and Ted Kennedy, then kick both their asses.........
The six o'clock ruleI tell them to act according to the six o'clock rule, a phrase that causes most of them to say, "Huh?"
I tell them to use this little test before they decide to do something. If they were to do what they're thinking about, and it became the lead story on the six o'clock news, would they be proud? Would their department be proud, and would their family be proud? It's a simple way to live your life both personally and professionally.

Agreed. I'll even go so far as to include any member of the Armed Forces returning from Iraq and "Stan. Why stop there. How about any LE, FF, EMT or Armed Forces member (veteran or currently serving). Any drink of choice, alcoholic or not. I will also be the designated driver since I have given up alcohol consumption. Just so I can thank them for their service to our country. I would thank them anyway but the offer still stands.
