I think she was laughing at that wild eyed mug shot. She giggled a little when it first came on....appeared to have it under control, then they showed his pic again. I dunno.

More than likely it was someone off camera.When I was a radio announcer we had to read our own news.Shift change was news time,a record would be played,you jumped into the "chair" and started reading the news,LIVE,the guy just releived would do anything in his power to make you crack up,I have had them do an Adonis pose(naked) and set my copy on fire.And you thought cop humor was sick.
