Brands?
So when it comes to products you use on a daily basis, do you stick to one product more than others.
Like Pop (some of you snotty people call it Soda)
I like lots of brands and dont stick with one
But like Orange Juice,
I will only drink two brands, Florida Orange and (Something) Simple (Wife brings it home)Somebody Please, what the hell is that smell?

The views, opinions, stupid off the cuff comments, mouthy, obnoxious, thoughtless, etc etc etc are not always or even some of the time the belief of my department, so bugger off!

I always buy generic store brands if they're available, because they're cheap!

With some products I stick to the brands - I buy Coke and Coke Zero, never Pepsi, I buy a specific type of fabric softener, and I buy brand name cereals among other things.
Sometimes I'll try different store brands for other items (trash bags, aluminum foil, etc.) and if they perform well and are cheaper I'll buy them regularly.

I even started buying generic smokes after smoking KOOL's since I was 14. The brand names are way too expensive and we go to Kentucky to buy them since they are cheaper there than here in Indiana

I buy store brand staples (like milk, cheese, cereal, canned vegetables, tuna, etc). Name-brand cereal is just ridiculously priced. I also buy Kroger or Tom Thumb gasoline, but my mechanic hates that I do that.
Some things like Diet Coke, though, I have to have the real thing. Same for coffee - must be Community or Maxwell House, although Dunkin Donuts bag coffee may replace those. Store brand coffee and soda just aren't the same.

Brand name cereal at Publix is often buy one get one free. With my coupon nazi wife we have actually been paid to take their cereal before. They honor manufacturer, competitor, and their own coupons. Add that onto the buy one get one free deal, oh yeah. If you don't get two you get the one half off.

Depends on the product. I'll buy store brand milk and many other products but some things I stick with labels. Lately it has been:
Juice: Simply Orange with Mango and Minute Maid Pomegranate and Blueberry (we call it "Brain Juice" because the label says "Help Nourish your brain" ).
Soda: Diet Sunkist
Coffee beans: Eight O'Clock Coffee mostly and sometimes Dunkin Donuts
Butter: Land o Lakes whipped butter
Mayonnaise: Hellman's
Bottled pasta sauce: BertolliArm the sheep!

Mostly Kirkland (Costco brand) or Kroger (Fred Meyer brand). Costco even slaps their label on (other's) beer, wine, and scotch.

Mostly Store Brands here. Except for a few things.
Soda
- Coke occasionally but more often than not Dr Pepper or Mt Dew. Sprite or 7up for the wife, she is allergic to caffeine. Caffeine Free DR or Dew if we can find it.
Cheese has to be stamped from California, too.
Costs too much to import from out of state.
Butter - I can't believe it's not butter
Mayo - Kraft or Best Foods (that's Hellman's for you guys on the east coast.)
Orange Juice - Minute Maid
Banquet TV dinners for my lunch at work. Only a dollar.
Choose The Right. When you're doing whats right, then you have nothing to worry about.

I buy store brands for just about everything except toilet paper, (Charmin,) and Diet Coke.

I'm a cheap bastard. The only loyalty brands I have probably are Fords and GSDs
