Gun control vs Non-gun control states
We have been having an awful lot of police officers shot/killed this year. One is to many but, that is the facts of life.
Now my question is: Why do more officers seem to get shot/killed in those state that have STRICT or restrictive gun control laws then in the more lenient states? Not that those more lenient states don't have the problem, but is seems not as much as the strict states.

Government in the gun control states i.e. California, NY, and most of alll DC. The liberal/socilaist/Marxist rulers of these cities and states blame the easy target: the gun and gun owners who politically oppose them. They really fear armed opposition.
The liberals leaders do not view violent crime as "up close and personal", it is leverage to impose their rule. They are afffluent, elitists detached from the population, who live behind walls, and have the means to employ secuirty, divert LE personnel to their security, or political influence to obtain those few gun permts issued. Appointed judges and elected officials placed by the machine of the Party, owe their livelihood to the Party, and follow the orders of the Party.
The criminal class is un-touched for there is a bloc of potenial voters and "foot soldiers" ready to employ for the liberal agenda. Gun control is just part of their "final solution"plan to control your life and snuff your rights. Their health care agenda is just a 'first step'.
They will exempt themselves from any oppressive schemes dropped on the nation. In the USSR they were called "Nomenklatura".Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts. And we are never, ever the same.-- Anonymous
Old People, like me, may not be around to witness the destruction of our Nation. The rest of you may not survive the collapse. We all have the sworn duty to prevent it.

I think the point may be missed here - in the most recent case here in Washington the dirtbag was already legally prohibited from possessing a firearm.
