Another poster child for birth control

Last night I was riding with a friend and he got a call from his neighbor asking him to help him find his dog that ran off. We go over there and he gives us a rope to use as a leash in case we find the dog. We take off to start looking.

Five minutes later the neighbor calls back saying the dog came home. I told my friend "let's go back and give him back the rope". As soon as we pull up we see him pick the dog up off the ground by its neck, throw him on the ground, and whip him with a leash. I said "That's bullshit!". My friend threw the rope down on the ground and took off. He is afraid of this scrote and his brother threatening him and vandalizing his property, so that's why he didn't confront him. I an am unarmed female so there ain't much I could have done either.

My friend is going to call the ASPCA, but he said they probably won't do much because if the dog appears healthy they won't do anything.

This is one of those times I wish a sheriff's deputy would have happened to roll by. Especially one who owns a dog.

That sucks. If my dog's been real naughty she gets a clip on her snout. Another good way is to throw a cup of water at their head.

That's what I've heard too. Why can't people learn proper obedience training? If people are incapable of controlling their tempers they have no business owning pets or having children.
