Thoughts and prayers for LEO
One of my good friends, a game warden in this area that has been around here as long as I have, had a stroke yesterday. He is in ICU being evaluated and having a treatment plan worked up. So far, it appears that the main issue is that his speech was effected.
Please say a little prayer or send some thoughts Charlie's way.

Far from being a handicap to command, compassion is the measure of it. For unless one values the lives of his soldiers and is tormented by their ordeals , he is unfit to command.

Thanks for the prayers - Charlie is due to get out of the hospital today. He only has very slight speech problems. Other than that, he seems good!!
