National Correctional Officer's Week
The week of May 2-9 is National Correctional Officer's Week. We have an opportunity to thank our Correctional Officers for the job they do.
These officers train continually to prepare for riots and escaped prisoners, all to keep the public safe.
So thank you to all Correctional Officers for all you do for the public.http://www.odmp.org/officer/16551-de...l-eron-shannon
Police Officers put themselves at risk for strangers every day. Some do not make it home to their families. Next time you think of saying something negative about the police, remember...YOU are one of the strangers.

An amateur practices until he gets it right. A professional practices until he cant get it wrong.
They've got us surrounded? Good. Now we can fire in any direction. Those bastards won't get away this time.

Both my dad and my brother were at one time CO's. Heard some hair raising stories from both. I know it's a job that I wouldn't want. Many thanks.
