S. 3194: Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act of 2009 (GovTrack.us)
I do not know much about this bill authored by Harry Reid D-NV. Right now old Harry will do anything to get re-elected. This bill supposedly mandates police/fire/EMS collective bargaining nationwide with big labor being the primary beneficiary. I am pro-guild and anti-union.
In this manner I avoid the "big union" progressive agenda and still am a party to collective bargaining.
I fail to see why any LEO would support a union, given the things unions support.I'm your huckleberry...
