Cool!!! As long as it stays "for cops, by cops" it's fine with me. We do NOT want to be like officer.com . I enjoy the way you guys moderate this place. I enjoy knowing that there is a verification process for those that are in LE. I like to know who I am talking to is in LE or not. Unlike over there. Even though there are a few of us that do post over there, including myself. Sometimes I bring news clips that I have seen over there that aren't here for us to enjoy. You can tell by my post counts between there and here, where I spend most of my time posting. I only go over there to catch up with friends that for some reason I can't get to come over here. I never open up a thread over there, though. That is only for here. If it results in more active members, all the better.



That's only because they can't or won't moderate the place like we do it here. There are actually some good people over there. Remember we, unlike them, have a special place for trolls so that they can be played with or dig themselves in deeper until they are ultimately banned.

That would actually be a good idea, although probably not feasible, financially. Then we could rig it so that when the members there visit their site that it would automatically come here and our membership would increase. Oh well, wishful thinking. They just went through a major forum upgrade and not many of the members there are liking it. Management there is taking a like it or leave attitude. As they normally do.

Now if we could somehow get ahead of them on the list when someone googles for a LE forum that we would be at the top of the list, that would work, too.

Very good post. I can assure you that doing this expansion reinforces the for cops by cops. Our goal it to expand with out losing what we have.
