I assume that is a loaded question. America, in general, forgot about 9-11 within weeks or months after it occurred.

The proof is in the protests and lack of support for our policies that are on-going.

The goals have not changed. We just don't have the fortitude to maintain a guerilla based war as evidenced by Vietnam.

Loving peace and defending freedom are two different issues. Apparently some would have you believe that laying down and rolling over is better then standing up and defending freedom.

The real question is "did America ever realize how much danger we are actually in?"
