Bouncing Bomb/tyre
Incident I went to the other day.
Tyre and wheel worked loose of a large goods vehicle(big rig!) and went for a roll and bounce down the road.
Drivers a lucky man 6" to the left and he'd be brown bread(dead)
the sole advantage of power is that you can do more good.

Don't know, it was a divisional incident. I went as no one on division could check his tachograph. I simply advised as to what they might consider and then left, in the best traditions of traffic!
