For Those Who Still Have Memberships at O.com
I recommended LawEnforcementForums to a new member of O.com who asked me to suggest the best LE website. This person visited here, was impolite to other members, and then ran back to O.com crying that you had ripped her a new one.
I am upset because I feel I was betrayed by someone I tried to help, and I strongly resent the negative view of LEF which has been expressed on O.com. If anyone would like to express their opinion over there, I would very much appreciate it if you'd do so before the thread gets locked. Thank you.

He is not getting any support. I give the people at o.com a
for that. I would suggest to everyone that different sites provide different experiences. People should hang at the site(s) that best suits their needs & leave those that do not. There is no need for them to create drama when a site does not meet their expectations. It's just life.

Apparently the mods at O.com deleted that thread.

Yes, I see that they did delete it. The author asked that it be removed. I can see why because people were either not being supportive or coming down pretty hard on her. As Stan said, you can give O.commers credit for that. I'm under the impression that she was getting negative PMs too.
Thanks to everyone who did get a chance to post, and I'll be more careful about whom I suggest this website to in the future.Last edited by kimby; 04-23-06 at 04:33 PM.

O.Com...what an interesting place. It reminds me of an 1840's gold rush saloon.
I knew a guy on there named ViceSgt once....wonder what happened to him."To the German commander: 'Nuts!' The American Commander" - General Tony McAuliffe, 101st Airborne Division

Ah, that's very fitting for him. He always had that perky, people-pleasing personality.

Operator13,your link is not working. I tried it several times.
I went back to the 4 PM's he sent me and all of the thread is gone. Maybe I am doing something wrong? I get a good IBTL and it's wiped out. Dawg sad.
And,as a side note, the people here are very nice to the dawg.

I believe the link supplied above to O.com is to a thread that has been deleted, hence it won't work.
