The 5.11's are ok but the Blackhawk Warrior Wear are better and more comfortable. Unfortunately they are a lot more expensive too.

Blackhawk had a special about a year ago where you could trade in any other pants and get new ones for $20.00 a piece. It would be nice if they do that again. Originally Posted by BigDawg

I Have only worn 5.11's, but need to replace a couple pairs, might look into Blackhawk Warrior Wear.........;-)

It looks like Blackhawk still has the "trade up" program where you can trade in non-Blackhawk pants for 50% off Blackhawks. BLACKHAWK! Warrior Wear Tactical Pants - BLACKHAWK! (please remove link if I'm not supposed to post..I can't remember).

I like the waistband on 5.11 pants better than Warrior Wear; 5.11 uses elastic, and Warrior Wear does that slide setup. I do like the way Blackhawk puts that thin rubber strip that helps keep shirts tucked in the waist. I like having the two phone/mag pockets on the Warrior Wear -- but I get frustrated with some of the straps they put in pockets.
In short -- both have pros and cons, and I go with whatever I can get a good price on!Voting against incumbents until we get a Congress that does its job.
